The Power of Stillness
Vibrational Sound Therapy
An hour to unwind your mind, let go, and experience deep rest.
When was the last time you truly rested?
Many of us spend our days moving from one responsibility to the next, carrying stress without realizing how much tension we've been holding.
Chronic stress can keep the nervous system in a constant state of alertness, making it difficult to truly relax.
Vibrational Sound Therapy offers a quiet space to pause, soften, and simply be. Through the gentle tones and vibrations of therapeutic singing bowls, the brain is invited into slower, more meditative brainwave patterns—a process known as brainwave entrainment.
As your nervous system begins to settle, stress hormones naturally decrease, allowing both your body and your mind to relax more deeply.
If you're feeling depleted, overstretched, or overwhelmed, this space is here for you.
Step away from the demands of everyday life and give yourself permission to rest.
This time is set aside just for you.

Your Experience
There is nothing you need to do during your session.
No expectations. No performance.
Simply an opportunity to rest while your body does what it already knows how to do.
You’ll rest comfortably on a massage table while warm therapeutic metal bowls are placed on and around your body. As they are slowly played, soothing vibrations move through muscles and connective tissue, inviting your nervous system to settle and areas of tension to let go. The vibrations naturally travel through the body, creating a profoundly calming sensory experience that encourages relaxation and deep rest.
Session Details
Your intial session lasts for approximately 90 minutes and includes a brief conversation about your intentions, current stressors, and any sensitivities so your experience can be thoughtfully tailored to your needs.
The sound portion of the session lasts approximately 50 minutes.
At the end of your session, you'll be invited to rest quietly before returning to the room at your own pace.
Follow-up sessions are 60 minutes, with approximately 50 minutes of sound therapy.
If you'd like a little more time, 15-minute add-on options are available.
One-on-one Vibrational Sound Therapy

What people often notice
After a session, many people describe feeling quieter inside. Their breathing feels slower, their bodies lighter, and the constant mental noise begins to fade. Some say it's the first time they've truly rested in a long time.
Lie down. Listen. Let go.

Large Gatherings and Retreat Collaborations
In addition to private sessions, I collaborate with wellness organizations, retreat leaders, healthcare teams, and community groups to create restorative sound experiences tailored to each setting.
Each experience is thoughtfully crafted with the intention of your group, creating space for participants to slow down, reconnect, and experience deep rest together.
I currently volunteer with the Whole Health Department at the Veterans Health Administration, facilitating employee wellness sound baths at both the Seattle and Tacoma campuses.

You will rest comfortably with your body being held and supported.
Bowls will be placed on your body (or around it for sound baths).
Sessions are quiet, slow, and deeply grounding.
The sound waves gently resonate through your body, creating vibrations you can feel in your chest, spine, and limbs.
You may enter a meditative or dream-like state.
You may notice your breath slowing, muscles softening, and your mind naturally quieting as the tones shift through different frequencies.
Some people experience emotional release, warmth, tingling, or a sense of lightness.
-
After a session, your body and mind may feel deeply relaxed, almost as if you’ve woken from a restorative nap—but with a heightened sense of presence. To help integrate the experience:
drink extra water for the rest of the day, drinking water supports your body in flushing out tension and helps move energy
allow yourself downtime
avoid overstimulation (loud spaces, intense screens)
gentle movement or rest recommended
emotions may continue to shift — this is normal
sleep may be deeper than usual
Short-term effects: Deep relaxation, reduced anxiety, and better mental focus can last 24–48 hours.
Long-term effects: With regular sessions, many people report improved sleep quality, emotional resilience, energy balance, and a stronger connection to their body and breath.
Essentially, the more consistent your sessions and aftercare practices, the longer and deeper the effects can become.
“There is no organ system in the body that’s not affected by sound, music and vibration.”
