The Power of Stillness. The Pulse of Peace

Vibrational Sound Therapy— an hour of calm that your body has been craving

A sanctuary where sound carries you into rest and ease. No effort needed, just arrive and receive.

What if an hour of sound therapy could reset your whole day?

Sound therapy works at the deepest level—your nervous system. Imagine a space where your nervous system easily switches out of “flight or fight” mode, your thoughts slow and your body softens without conscious effort. This is the essence of sound therapy- it helps release tension, calm racing thoughts, and guide your body out of stress and into true restoration. The vibrations from crystal bowls, metal bowls, chimes, and percussion speak directly to your system, helping you settle, renew, and reconnect with yourself.

This therapeutic technique offers a simple, subtle way to support the body and emotions through sound. It’s based on the process of brain wave entrainment, where specific frequencies gently influence brainwave patterns and bring your system back into stability.

Whether you’ve struggled with stress, restlessness, or simply crave a moment of deep calm in a hectic world, the power of sound — where vibration meets mindful stillness — offers an experience that feels both restorative and transformative.

Experience the power of Sound and Vibration

Choose from two unique sound experiences: a Vibrational Sound Therapy Session or a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath

Which Experience Supports You Right Now?

Simply notice what your system is asking for in this moment. You don’t need to analyze it.
You don’t need to understand how it works. There is no wrong choice. This is your permission to slow down, soften, and receive.
Your body has been waiting for this.

Choose a Vibrational Sound Therapy session when:

Stress feels heavy in your body. Tension is held in the back, shoulders, jaw and tight muscles are longing for relief. Sleep is restless or no longer feels restorative. You are carrying exhaustion that is felt to the bone. You want to quiet the mind and gently return to a state of inner peace. This is a hands on session where bowls are softly played on your body.

After a session, people often feel:

  • Tension and stress has melted away

  • A deep calm and a grounded sense of ease in the body

  • Rested in a way that goes beyond sleep

  • Lighter, like a weight has been released from the body and mind

  • Breath slowed and the whole body has let go

Choose a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath when:

Stress is held in your mind and emotions. When thoughts won’t stop spinning and the stillness you crave feels just out of reach. When you feel on edge or emotionally reactive, raw, or heavy. You want spaciousness and deep relaxation without physical touch. Crystal bowls and other instruments are played around the body.

After a session, people often feel:

  • Less emotional reactivity, increased levels of patience

  • Mind clear, thoughts quieted, focus returned

  • Calm flowing from the center of the body and a sense of stability

  • Emotionally lighter and more open, a feeling of being unburdened

Universal Benefits (for both sessions)

  • Stress dissolves without effort; your body remembers how to rest.

  • Tension, both physical and mental, unwinds naturally.

  • Peace is truly experienced, not just imagined.

  • A decrease in pain and anxiety levels.

  • Improved sleep quality, emotional release, and clearer focus.

This is a sound therapy session that you don’t just hear…you feel it move through you. It is more than a moment of rest—it’s a full body sound massage that can reset your body, mind, and energy.

Your Experience
Lie back on a soft, comfortable massage table as warm metal bowls are placed on and around your body. As they are gently played, grounding vibrations travel through your body, inviting tight muscles, fascia, and an overworked nervous system to finally let go. It’s hands-on, deeply supportive, and incredibly regulating.

Session specifics:

Your initial VST session will be a total of 90 minutes in length.

The first 30 minutes of our time together is dedicated to tailoring the session to your individual needs through a short intake form. This allows me to learn about any sensory senstivities you may have and specific areas of your body that are calling for attention.

The bowls will be played on your body for a total of 50 minutes. As the session draws to a close, I gently guide you back encouraging you to take your time as you move from the massage table.

***After the intial VST intake session, all subsequent sessions are 60 minutes in length with bowls being played for 50 minutes (unless you choose to add on additonal time blocks that I offer.)

This session will:

  • Soften Your Nervous System: vibrations activate your body’s natural relaxation response, easing stress and bringing a sense of stability.

  • Release Tension: Subtle sound waves ripple through tissues and cells, helping to unwind held tension and promote energy flow.

  • Restore Balance: Your brainwaves, heart rate, and body rhythms naturally align with the soothing tones, leaving you feeling spacious, grounded, and renewed.

  • "Jessica held the space beautifully. She clearly explained what to expect beforehand and checked in to make sure I felt comfortable with each tone. Her professionalism and warmth helped me feel safe and supported throughout. I recognize that my initial resistance came from what I habitually hold in my body, and Jessica’s session truly allowed me to relax and let go."

  • “Before our session I felt a little tense from life’s stressors and noticed a big difference in my body by the end of the session. My body felt so relaxed, deeply rested and recovered. I even noticed my tone of voice was lower which to me signifies safety and rest in the body.”

  • “After my VST session with Jessica, I felt very calm, relaxed and focused. I noticed that I was able to negotiate difficult situations with calmness. I also had fewer feelings of self negativity.”

  • "Afterward, I left feeling very airy and light. No anxiety. Little to no stress. My back pain was gone after the session."

“There is no organ system in the body that’s not affected by sound, music and vibration.”

- Mitchell Gaynor

The ancient power of sound…

Sound therapy is powerful because it works at the deepest level—the nervous system. When your system is regulated, you can stay present in uncertainty and respond from the heart instead of reacting from survival. But when the nervous system is overwhelmed, everything tightens. This is why regulation isn’t just self-care—it’s essential for living well.

A sound bath doesn’t ask you to focus, visualize, breathe a certain way, or fix anything. You simply lie down and receive. The tones from the bowls and chimes work directly on the nervous system, gently guiding it out of fight-or-flight and into a parasympathetic state where restoration happens. Your body receives the message it’s been waiting for: you’re safe right now.

When that message lands, real shifts occur. Your breath deepens on its own. Muscles you didn’t realize you were holding begin to release. Mental noise softens. Stress and anxiety don’t need to be analyzed or pushed away—they unwind naturally because the system no longer needs them.

What makes a sound therapy so powerful is that it offers an experience of peace, not just an idea of it. Even brief moments of regulation can reset your baseline, reminding your body what calm actually feels like so you’re not living in survival mode. From here, you think more clearly, respond instead of react, and feel more like yourself again.

If stress has been lingering—if rest doesn’t feel truly restful, your mind won’t fully shut off, or your body feels tight for no clear reason—a sound bath isn’t a luxury. It’s a reset your system genuinely needs.

You don’t need to believe in it or understand it. You just need to lie down and let your nervous system remember how to exhale.
